OUTDOOR: Competed as a relay specialist, through out the course of the outdoor season.

INDOOR: Took sixth at the Mastodon Opener in the 5,000m with a time of 16:04.76...Ran a season-best 800m time of 2:00.10 at the Fred Wilt Invitational...Ran a season-best 3,000m time of 9:22.85 at the Chipotle Marshall Invitatoinal.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran a season-best 8K of 27:14.00 at the Division I Pre-Nationals...Posted at five mile time of 26:54.60 at the Notre Dame Joe Paiane Invitational.

2016-17
OUTDOOR: Took 10th in the 1,500m at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational with a time of 4:01.19...At the Tennessee Rust Buster, posted an outdoor season-best time of 9:10.29 (14th) in the 3,000m.

INDOOR: Ran an indoor season-best of 9:22.92 at the Thundering Herd Invitational...Clocked a 3,000m time of 9:27.03 at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational.

CROSS COUNTRY 2016: Did not compete during the 2016 season 

2015-16
OUTDOOR: Scored points and a personal-best in the 3,000m steeplechase placing seventh in a time of 9:39.76 at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship…placed ninth in the 1,5000m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship clocking a personal-best time of 4:04.20.
 
INDOOR:  Scored one point in the 800m at the Horizon League Indoor Championship finishing eighth in a time of 2:03.40…in the 800m preliminary round at the Horizon League Indoor Championship notched a personal-best of 1:55.36…at the YSU Indoor Invitational, ran a personal-best in the 3,000m of 9:00.02 to finish sixth…ran a personal-best in the 5,000m at the Thundering Herd Invitational clocking a time of 15:24.32.

CROSS COUNTRY 2015: Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:34.50 taking ninth at the Panorama Farms Invitational...clocked an 8K time of 26:45.00 at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship.

2014-15
OUTDOOR: Ran an outdoor season-best of 10:05.75 for a 10th place finish at the 2015 A-Sun Outdoor Championship...Also at the A-Sun Outdoor Championship, took ninth in the 1,500m with an outdoor season-best of 4:04.50.

INDOOR: Clocked an indoor season-best time in the mile of 4:28.73 for a 12th place finish at the Thundering Herd Invitational...Took 10th a the Thundering Herd Invitational in the 800m with a indoor season-best time of 2:01.30...Earned Second-Team All-A-Sun Conference at the 2015 A-Sun Indoor Championships as a member of the DMR squad helping the Norse to a silver medal finish of 10:22.02.

CROSS COUNTRY 2014: Ran a season best time in the four mile run at the Blue Ridge Open with a time of 22:11.51...finished the 2014 season with a season best time of 16:58.04 in the 5000-meter run at the Queen City Invitational...ran the 8k with a time of 26:22.50 at the Greater Louisville Classic

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Greenwood High School in Bowling Green, Ky...a two-time state qualifier in cross country, ran a personal record in the 5K of 15:44.00 at the Foot Locker South Regionals...in the Region 2-AAA finals his junior season, he finished the 1600-meter in first-place with a personal best of 4:26.79 and he finished in second-place in the 3200-meter with a personal best time of 10:07.45.
