HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Department of Athletics welcomes Gina Hyle  as Assistant Director of  Development. Hyle officially assumes the role on March 14.
 
"Gina's passion for Northern Kentucky and collegiate athletics speaks for itself," said Jeff Baldwin, Director of Development, Athletics. "She brings a wealth of athletic, development and relationship building experience to this position, in addition to an energy level that is second to none. I am excited to have Gina on board and look forward to the great things to come for Northern Kentucky athletics."
 
Among other duties, Hyle will work closely with the Go Norse Fund as an ambassador to solicit support for the NKU Athletics Department. She will be active in developing cultivation, stewardship and solicitation strategies from supporters of Norse Athletics.
 
Hyle will also coordinate engagement and special event opportunities with each of Northern Kentucky's 17 athletics programs.
 
Prior to assuming this role, Hyle has served as a prospect analyst in NKU's development office since October 2014. Her background also includes time in the Mount St. Joseph University's advancement department and nearly 10 years of basketball coaching experience at both the collegiate and high school levels.
