Lyndsey Bevill is tied for 16th place in the individual competition at the NCAA Division II Championships going into Saturday's final round of play.
Bevill, a senior from Sanders, Ky., shot a 78 on Friday and has a three-round total of 232 (+19). Bevill qualified for the national finals as an individual for the second straight year by tying for seventh place at the NCAA Division II East Regional.
Maria Luz Besio of Newberry College shot a 2-under-par 69 on Friday and is atop the individual leaderboard with a three-round total of 208 (-5) at the Longbow Golf Club.
The 72-hole championship concludes Saturday.
